Terms of Service

Protocol 33 EFT · Peter Everbright · ABN 25 205 380 330 · Last updated: 17 August 2026

These Terms explain the boundaries, practical arrangements and client rights that guide the Protocol 33 EFT journey. They should be read with our Privacy Policy and the specific information shown before a purchase is completed.

1. About Protocol 33 EFT

Protocol 33 EFT is operated by Peter Everbright, ABN 25 205 380 330. We provide educational, coaching and personal-development services and materials focused on emotional freedom techniques, neuro-somatic self-regulation, reflective practice and personal meaning-making.

In these Terms, we, us and our mean Protocol 33 EFT and Peter Everbright. You means a website visitor, client, purchaser or account holder.

2. Scope of services and informed participation

Practice and nervous-system boundaryProtocol 33 EFT is not a medical, psychological or psychiatric service. Peter Everbright is not a medical doctor, registered psychologist or psychiatrist. Our services and materials do not provide medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, psychiatric assessment, emergency care, psychotherapy or a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified health professional.

Our work may involve personal reflection, body-based attention and emotional self-regulation practices. You remain free to pause, decline or discontinue any exercise. Please tell Peter promptly if you feel distressed, unsafe or unable to continue. You should maintain any professional healthcare relationships appropriate to your circumstances and seek qualified support for medical, psychological or psychiatric concerns.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 000. If you are in South Australia and need urgent mental-health support, contact the SA Mental Health Triage Service on 13 14 65. Do not use this website, email or a booked session as an emergency service.

3. Professional standards and complaints pathway

Peter Everbright provides unregistered health services in South Australia and is required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Certain Health Care Workers.

The Code and information about making a complaint are available from the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner. You may also use the HCSCC complaint information directly.

If you have a concern, please contact Peter first at peter@p33eft.com where you feel comfortable doing so. This does not limit your right to contact HCSCC or another appropriate body.

4. Eligibility, information and consent

You must provide information that is accurate and current where it is reasonably necessary for us to provide a service or process a purchase. Please do not submit sensitive personal or health information through public website contact, waitlist or Stripe checkout forms unless we specifically ask for it through a secure, appropriate process.

Where a service reasonably requires personal or health information, we will explain the purpose of collection and seek the consent required for that collection. You may choose not to provide requested information, but this may mean we cannot safely or appropriately provide a particular service.

If a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact us before any paid service is purchased or provided. Protocol 33 EFT does not intentionally offer paid services directly to children without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

5. Online sessions, recordings and technical connection

1:1 sessions and intensives are delivered online unless we agree otherwise. For online sessions, you are responsible for arranging a private setting and a stable internet connection where reasonably possible.

We may request your phone number solely as a practical backup if an online connection is disrupted. We will use it only for that purpose or another purpose you have agreed to.

We will not record or transcribe a live session without your explicit, separate confirmation at or before the start of that session. If you agree to a recording or transcript, we will explain the purpose and relevant handling arrangements before it begins. A refusal to consent to recording will not itself be treated as a refusal of the session unless recording is genuinely necessary and this has been made clear in advance.

If a technical problem prevents a session from proceeding, we will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or agree an appropriate next step. This may include completing the session later, rescheduling it, or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances and your consumer rights.

6. Prices, payment and payment confirmation

Prices displayed by Protocol 33 EFT are in Australian dollars. Where GST applies, it will be identified at checkout and on the relevant payment document. Please contact peter@p33eft.com before purchase if you require a professional receipt or tax document for business records.

Payments are processed by Stripe through a secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card details. A payment is not treated as confirmed solely because a browser returns to this website. The authoritative confirmation occurs when Stripe confirms the payment through our secure payment-processing system.

For 1:1 sessions and Intensives, you choose an available time in the official Protocol 33 EFT booking schedule and complete payment securely as part of your booking. Your appointment is confirmed once your payment is successful. You will receive your appointment details and online session link after booking.

For workshops, you purchase a workshop ticket first. Once your payment is confirmed, your ticket is valid for three months and can be used to book one eligible workshop session, subject to availability. A workshop ticket does not reserve a specific date unless the offer says so.

7. 1:1 Sessions, Intensives and booking changes

Choose an available time in the official Protocol 33 EFT booking schedule. You will complete payment securely as part of your booking. Your appointment is confirmed once your payment is successful. You will receive your appointment details and online session link after booking.

Changes to your appointmentIf you need to move your appointment, email peter@p33eft.com by 5:00 pm Adelaide time on the business day before your booked session. Where notice is received by that deadline, Protocol 33 EFT will make one reasonable rescheduling arrangement, subject to Peter's availability. Appointment changes and cancellation requests are handled under these Terms.

Your Google Calendar confirmation may contain a cancellation control. Do not use it to select a second appointment independently. If you cancel through Google Calendar, email us promptly so that the next step can be confirmed under this policy.

Requests received after the deadline, missed appointments and second change requests are not automatically transferable or refundable. We may consider exceptional circumstances in good faith, while preserving all rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.

If you need to cancel, email peter@p33eft.com as soon as possible. A request to cancel because you have changed your mind does not automatically create a refund or credit. Where a session can be rescheduled under this section, we will first seek to make a reasonable alternative appointment.

If Protocol 33 EFT cannot provide the agreed service, makes a material change that you do not accept, or a service or product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Refund requests are assessed individually. Relevant circumstances may include the notice provided, preparation or bespoke work already completed, whether an alternative appointment is available, whether a product has already been delivered, and your applicable consumer rights. To request a refund, email us with your name, purchase date, product or service and a brief description of the issue.

7A. P33-AW Introductory Workshop Tickets

Purchase a workshop ticket first. Once your payment is confirmed, your ticket is valid for three months and can be used to book one eligible workshop session, subject to availability. A workshop ticket does not reserve a specific date unless the offer says so.

The P33-AW Introductory Workshop ticket gives one person the right to redeem one place in one eligible 90-minute live online P33-AW Introductory Workshop with Peter Everbright. Current workshop dates and times are displayed from the Protocol 33 EFT workshop calendar before checkout. Availability may change as places are redeemed or workshop arrangements are updated.

After verified payment, you may redeem your ticket against an eligible available workshop. If your circumstances change after redemption, you may move to another eligible workshop while the ticket remains valid, subject to available places and the relevant booking process. A ticket does not guarantee a place in every future workshop.

Protocol 33 EFT may reschedule, replace or cancel a workshop where reasonably necessary, including for facilitator availability, safety, technical or operational reasons. If we make such a change to a workshop you have redeemed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details associated with your purchase. Your ticket will remain available for a suitable replacement workshop or another eligible listed date during its validity period. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

The P33-AW Introductory Workshop is an educational taster experience and information session. It does not deliver the full P33-AW protocol, all 33 intentions or a promise of mastery. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

If you are unable to redeem a ticket before it expires, please contact us promptly at peter@p33eft.com. Any request for a credit, extension, cancellation or refund will be considered in good faith and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and any non-excludable consumer rights.

8. Personalised reports and digital materials

The True Calling Alignment Blueprint Report and Alignment Trinity are personalised commissions. Before relevant calculations and practitioner work begin, we may contact you to verify the birth details or other information needed to complete the commissioned work. Please notify us of any correction promptly.

Unless the product page or checkout states otherwise, personalised reports are delivered within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. If a material technical or delivery failure on our side prevents delivery, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Digital materials, including those available through a paid member area, are licensed to you for your own personal use. Your access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share account credentials, redistribute materials, make them publicly available, reverse engineer systems, use automated tools to extract content, or use the materials to create a competing product or service.

9. Subscriptions and member access

Where a product is offered on a recurring subscription basis, the offer page and Stripe checkout will state the price, billing interval, inclusion, cancellation mechanism and any renewal arrangements before you purchase. Subscription access remains subject to successful payment and the relevant product terms.

If a subscription product is not yet available, any waitlist or launch-notification form is not a purchase, does not create an entitlement and does not guarantee a release date.

10. Intellectual property

The Protocol 33 EFT website, brand materials, protocols, 33-intention practice sequences, reports, slide decks, text, visual materials, software, calculations and member content are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of Peter Everbright and/or Protocol 33 EFT, except where another owner is identified.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access purchased materials for your personal use only. You must not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, adapt, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any material without our prior written permission, except to the extent a law permits such use despite this restriction.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how you may request access or correction, and how you may make a privacy complaint.

Please contact peter@p33eft.com for a privacy, access or correction request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before disclosing personal information.

12. Website use

You must not use this website in a way that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, disruptive or inconsistent with these Terms. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use automated means to collect content or data without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect clients, the website, paid materials, systems or legal rights. Any such action will be exercised consistently with applicable law and any non-excludable rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to services, systems, law, safety practices or business operations. The current version will be posted at p33eft.com/terms with an effective date.

A material change will apply prospectively. For an existing paid service or subscription, we will not use a change to remove a right you already have or make a material adverse change without providing appropriate notice and, where required, an available remedy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. This does not limit any protection that may apply to you under mandatory consumer law in another jurisdiction.
